In my classroom, I believe that we are all teachers and we are all learners at different times. There is no better feeling as a teacher then when you see the spark of excitement on a students face as they learn something new.
I began teaching in the Clark County School District in 2000 after receiving my Bachelor’s of Science Degree from the State University of New York at Brockport. I was fortunate to be brought on as a teacher at Southern Highlands Preparatory School in 2016.
I am grateful to be a part of such a close knit community that is made up of SHPS staff and families. I am also blessed to have my own son be a part of SHPS and receive an amazing education.
