Is transportation available for my child?
Transportation is available to and from our Merryhill sister preschools in Las Vegas on Durango Drive, Alta Drive, Snow Trail and Grand Teton Drive.

Does the school accept international students?
Southern Highlands is authorized under federal law to enroll non-immigrant alien students.

What is the school’s uniform policy?
We require all students to wear a school uniform unless otherwise directed. Boys must wear a long or short sleeve collared shirt with chino style pants or shorts. Girls are required to wear a long or short sleeve collared shirt with a jumper, skirt, chino style pants or shorts. All students must wear athletic or closed toe shoes. Where can I purchase my child’s uniform?
To purchase from Campus Club Uniforms, visit their website or call 702-360-0555. Enter school code 1037 when shopping online. You can also purchase in person at one of their stores. Their locations are 2411 Tech Center Court, Suite 107 and 7575 West Sunset Rd 120.

Where can I purchase logo wear?
We offer logo wear through Queensboro.

Is lunch provided?
It is our goal to provide lunch options that are both delicious and healthy. Parents can order lunches online through our partners at WTCafé.

What are the hours of operation?
Academic Day – 8:15 am to 3:15 pm
Extended Day – 7:00 am to 6:00 pm

Is the school accredited?
We are fully accredited by the Northwest Accreditation Commission (NWAC), a division of AdvancED.

What are the drop-off procedures in the morning?
Parents with preschool children are required to park their cars and escort their children into the building each morning. Students in grades Kindergarten – 8th may be dropped off in the car pool lane. Lunch carts, cubbies and lockers are placed in the hallway outside each child’s classroom. All lunch kits must be taken home daily.

Where do graduating students continue their education?
Our students go on to attend both public and select private schools in our area including Bishop Gorman HS, Las Vegas Academy of the Arts and Advanced Technologies Academy. Either way, they are well-prepared to succeed in high school and beyond.
