Is transportation available for my child?
Transportation is available to and from our Merryhill sister school in Las Vegas on Durango Drive and Discovery Park in Henderson.

Does the school accept international students?
Southern Highlands is authorized under federal law to enroll non-immigrant alien students.

What is the school’s uniform policy?
We require all students to wear a school uniform unless otherwise directed. Boys must wear a long or short sleeve collared shirt with chino style pants or shorts. Girls are required to wear a long or short sleeve collared shirt with a jumper, skirt, chino style pants or shorts. All students must wear athletic or closed toe shoes. Where can I purchase my child’s uniform?
To purchase from Campus Club Uniforms, visit their website or call 702-360-0555. Enter school code 1037 when shopping online. You can also purchase in person at one of their stores. Their locations are 2411 Tech Center Court, Suite 107 and 7575 West Sunset Road, Suite 120.

Is lunch provided?

Under current Covid conditions, lunches will not be provided until further notice.

What are the hours of operation?

Academic Day Kindergarten-4th grade– 8:30 am to 3:00 pm (drop off/8:00-8:30 am; pick up 3:00-3:30 pm)

Aftercare: KINDERGARTEN ONLY (during COVID) 3:30-5:30 pm

Academic Day 5th-8th grades- 9:00-3:30 (drop off/8:30-9:00 am; pick up/3:30-4:00 pm)


Is the school accredited?
We are fully accredited by the Northwest Accreditation Commission (NWAC), a division of AdvancED.

What are the drop-off procedures in the morning?

Under current Covid conditions, all parents must use the drop off/pick up car line by following the directions on the map provided.

Where do graduating students continue their education?
Our students go on to attend both public and select private schools in our area including Bishop Gorman HS, Las Vegas Academy of the Arts, and Advanced Technologies Academy. No matter where they move on to, they are well-prepared to succeed in high school and beyond.
